Only use a suitably approved screw-in piece (1) for the respective engine. Furthermore the adapter must be used and for this one must ensure correct seating on the respective screw-in piece (1).

Engine 611.960/961/962/980, 612.961/962/963/965/966/967/990, 613.960/961, 628.960/961/962/963, 646.8/951/961/962/963/966, 647.961, 648.960/961

For engines 611.960/961/962/980, 612.961/962/963/965/966/967/990, 613.960/961, 628.960/961/962/963, 646.8/951/961/962/963/966, 647.961, 648.960/961 use screw-in piece (1) (611 589 01 63 00).

ENGINE 642.884/970/975, 651 For engines 642 and 651 use the screw-in piece (1) (642 589 00 63 00).

Engine 607

For engine 607 use the screw-in piece (1) (607 589 00 91 00).

Remove check valve from the screw-in piece (1)
Screw screw-in piece (1) into glow plug hole.
Place adapter (2) on screw-in piece (1).
Attach cylinder leakage tester (3) on adapter (2).
