The markings (a, b) must align exactly. As an arrow marking aid the arrows are applied to the boot (2).
- Push lower section (1b) of steering shaft into boot (2).
The arrow on the boot (2) must point exactly to the marking (b).
- Move lower section (1b) of steering shaft with boot (2) into upper part (1a) of steering shaft.
