Install D-pillar - AR63.20-P-2000-03ES

Apply 2-component adhesive in crosshatched area.
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.
Install inner D-pillar, outer D-pillar, reinforcement, rear fender, liftgate and rear door with straightening tools and fit.
Observe setup plans.

Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.
Check and adjust gaps.
Fix inner D-pillar and reinforcement in place.
Remove straightening tool for rear fender, rear fender and outer D-pillar.

Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes on inner D-pillar (area H).
Coat rivet holes with zinc dust paint.
Inner D-pillar and reinforcement (areas A, B, C, D, F and G).
Inner D-pillar and reinforcement (areas E and N).
Perform inert gas welding in intervals, allow to cool down in between to minimize heat distortion.

Rivet inner D-pillar with Ø 6.5 X 12.5 steel/stele rivet (area Z).
Install outer D-pillar and fix in place.
Outer D-pillar (area L).
D-pillar and reinforcement (areas X, K and M).
