Replace brake hoses - AR42.10-P-0013EW

DANGER Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid. AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove complete wheel; rotate if necessary    
REFER TO MAINTENANCE   MODEL 207 AP40.10-P-4050CW
REFER TO MAINTENANCE   MODEL 212, 218 AP40.10-P-4050EW
2 Detach brake line (5) from brake hose (51) IMPORTANT Seal the connection fittings immediately using SPECIAL TOOL stop plugs. The expansion reservoir for brake fluid must not run completely empty.  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Retaining screw, brake line to brake hose *BA42.10-P-1001-04L

3 Guide brake hose (51) through the rubber protective ring (51a) IMPORTANT The protective rubber ring (51a) is present only on the front axle.  
4.1 Detach brake hose (51) from brake caliper of front axle and remove MODEL 207
MODEL 212 (except 212.076/092/276/292)
MODEL 218 (except 218.376/392/976/992)		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper on front axle *BA42.10-P-1002-04L

4.2 Unscrew banjo bolt and remove brake hose of front axle (51) MODEL 212.076/092/276/292
MODEL 218.376/392/976/992
IMPORTANT Brake hoses with ring fitting and banjo bolt are only installed on the front axle.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Check sealing rings. If problems occur, brake hose (1) must be replaced.		  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper on front axle *BA42.10-P-1002-04L 
5 Detach brake hose (51) from brake caliper of rear axle and remove TORQUE SPECIFICATION Brake hose to fixed or floating caliper on rear axle *BA42.10-P-1006-04L

6 Install in the reverse order
