Removing and installing output flange - AR27.50-P-0620-02W

Remove output flange (1).

Counter-hold output flange (1) with socket wrench (07).
Unscrew twelve-point collar nut (2) from output shaft (3) with socket.

Remove output flange (1).
If output flange (1) is too firmly attached, use two-armed puller (08).

Install output flange (1).
Push output flange (1) onto output shaft (3).
Counterhold output flange (1) using pin wrench (07) and tighten twelve-point nut (2) using socket wrench bit. Transmission 725.04 in model 218

Transmission 724.2

Replace twelve-point nut (2).

Secure twelve-point collar nut (2); to do so, hammer collar into grooves of output shaft (3) using a punch (arrow).
On the output shaft (3), there are two grooves, into which the collar of the twelve-point collar nut (2) must be hammered (arrow).
