Removing and installing output flange - AR27.50-P-0620-02EWM

Counterhold output flange (1) with Allen key (5).
Unscrew twelve-point collar nut (4) from output shaft (2) using socket wrench bit
Remove output flange (1)

Remove output flange (1).
If output flange (1) is too firmly attached, use two-armed puller (3).

Push output flange (1) onto output shaft (2).
Counterhold output flange (1) using Allen key (5) and tighten twelve-point collar nut (4) using socket wrench bit.
Replace twelve-point collar nut (4).

Install output flange (1)

Secure twelve-point collar nut (4); to do this, hammer collar into the grooves of the output shaft (2) using a punch (arrow).
There are two grooves located on the output shaft (2), into which the collar of the twelve-point collar nut (4) must be pounded (arrow).
