Remove/install wet clutch - AR27.51-P-0300EH

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Remove intermediate housing   AR27.40-P-0500EH
NOTES Cleanliness is essential when working on the transmission.
Otherwise, even the smallest foreign particle in the hydraulic components of the transmission can lead to malfunctions or a total failure of the transmission.
IMPORTANT For cleaning, use lint-free cleaning cloth. Chamois leathers are the most suitable.
2 Remove bolts (2) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Replace bolts (2).  
TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, rotor cover to rotor *BA27.10-P-1022-04G 
3 Pry rotor cover (3) off rotor (4) using assembly wedge then remove NOTES Carefully pry off rotor cover (3). Otherwise the stator coils (5) of the electrical machine and the sealing surfaces may be damaged.
INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Align rotor cover (3) using SPECIAL TOOL guide pin (6) to rotor (4)
Use longer SPECIAL TOOL guide pin (6).

4 Check oil pump bearing (7) for wear or damage IMPORTANT If necessary, replace oil pump bearing (7).
↓		  
Remove/install bearing of oil pump AR27.57-P-1010-01EH 
SPECIAL TOOL Guide sleeve Fig 3
5 Remove start-up clutch (1) from rotor (4) INSTALLATION IMPORTANT Generally replace the Torlon rings (8).  
6 Install in the reverse order    
COMPLETE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION
