Prepare center roof paneling - AR65.10-P-1000-03ESA

Grind mating surfaces on center roof paneling (1) down to bare metal in crosshatched areas on both sides.
Grind in area of arrows down to bare metal only on inside.
Coat insides of spot welding flange on center roof paneling (1) with zinc dust paint
Do not coat bonding surfaces with zinc dust paint to prevent adhesion problems (areas A, B and arrows).

Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces.
