Install side roof paneling and weld in - AR65.10-P-1020-03EW

Apply sealant to foam parts (arrows).

Apply 2-component adhesive in hatched areas (area E).
Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces. Refer to the manufacturer's information for the curing and working times of 2-component adhesive.

Install center roof paneling and side roof paneling (1) with spacers and fit.
Check and adjust gap dimensions.
Fix side roof paneling (1) in place.
Remove center roof paneling and spacers.
Side roof paneling (1) (areas G₁ , G₂ and H).

Side roof paneling (1) (areas F₁ , F₂ and F₃ ).
Perform inert gas welding in intervals, allow to cool down in between to reduce heat distortion.

Grind inert gas welds down flat on side roof paneling (1) (areas F₁ , F₂ and F₃ ).
Clean welds on side roof paneling (1).
Solder surfaces on side roof paneling (1) in areas F₁ , F₂ and F₃ with body solder and smooth.
Remove grinding and drill shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
