Install panoramic roof frame (1) within 5 min after applying adhesive to body, otherwise adhesion force of glue will be impaired.
- With the help of three assistants position the panoramic roof frame (1) over the roof cutout and place carefully on the adhesive bead and align. Cup suction tool/linkage (for removing and installing windows).
On model 166, 204.3, 207.3 and 212 align panoramic roof frame (1) according to noted gap dimension between rear glass roof and rear window.
- Remove adhesive tape (2) which fastens the lip of the rear window and the windshield
- Align panoramic roof frame (1) in relation to rear window and to 4 Align height of panoramic roof frame (1) in relation to windshield roof paneling at side according to dimensions noted and to rear window by pressing on according to dimensions (A, B, C).
Ensure that panoramic roof frame (1) is parallel to the roof paneling.
- Align height of panoramic roof frame (1) in relation to windshield and to rear window by pressing on according to dimensions noted.
Immediately remove contamination caused by the adhesive.
- Carefully remove cup suction tool. Cup suction tool/shackle (for removing and installing windows).
