Retrofit connecting cable for Drive Kit Plus for smartphones - AZ82.60-P-0027-02EWA

Model 212.2 

  1. Make markings for hole center points for cutout at glove compartment (22).

    IMPORTANTDimensions: 

    a = 40 mm

    b = 175 mm

    c = 187 mm

  2. Drill two holes with a diameter of 15 mm to match the markings.
  3. Use file to make an oval-shaped cutout.
  4. Open glove compartment (22).
  5. Clean inside area (22.1) of glove compartment (22).
  6. Place connection line (40) and data line (42) into the glove compartment (22) and route outwards through the previously made cutout.
  7. Install grommet into previously made cutout.
  8. Place glove compartment (22) into front passenger footwell.

  9. Fold over side floor covering on the passenger side.
  10. Route data line (42) into the front area of the front passenger footwell.
  11. Route connection line (40), starting from the glove compartment (22), behind the air duct (43) to the installation location of the Bluetooth module.
  12. Route connection line (41), starting from the front passenger footwell, behind the air duct (43) to the installation location of the Bluetooth module.

    IMPORTANT The black 4-pin connector (40.1) and the white 4-pin connector (41.1) are connected at a later stage to the Bluetooth module, and they are to be positioned between the air duct (43) and the center console. The data line is connected to the Drive Kit Plus control unit at a later stage.
