Release lock (11) at black 44- pin connector (12) and remove contact spring (13) of blue line (BU) from contact cavity "13" of black 44-pin connector (12).
The black 44-pin coupling (12) is a discontinued part.
Wrap felt tape (15) around comfort telephony wiring harness in area (A) to a length of approx. 960 mm starting from the insulation tape (14).
Remove green 7-pin fuse carrier (27) from red/green line (RD/GN).

Route comfort telephony wiring harness (1) into removed center console (2), as shown, and fix in place using felt strips (17). Guide blue line (BU) into cutout for gearshift lever.
Note the position at which the comfort telephony wiring harness (1) is guided out (arrow).
Connect white 4-pin connector (6) of adapter line (4) to white 4- pin coupling (5) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1).
Connect violet antenna line connector (7) to violet antenna line coupling (8) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1).
