- Route blue line (BU) of comfort telephony wiring harness, as shown, to the left next to the selector lever module in the slot of the removed audio component.
- Release lock (11) at black 44- pin connector (9) and insert blue line (BU) into contact cavity "13" at black 44-pin connector (9).
- Lock, lock (11) at black 44-pin coupling (9).
- Fix blue line (BU) of comfort telephony wiring harness in place with felt tape (arrow A) at center console (2).
- Fix blue line (BU) of comfort telephony wiring harness in place at vehicle wiring harness using cable tie (arrow B).
- Open cover (12) of cable duct (13).
- Route comfort telephony wiring harness (1) from center console (2) to cable duct (13) of left frame floor assembly, as shown.
Ensure sufficient clearance of comfort telephony wiring harness (1) below rear floor covering (14).
- Feed red/yellow line (RD/YE) and brown line (BN) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1) forward into cable duct (13), as shown.
- Feed multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) of comfort telephony wiring harness (1) to the rear into the cable duct (13), as shown.
- Route multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) to the rear through the cable duct (16) using a pull-through device.
- Install brown line (BN) of comfort telephony wiring harness at left front seat crossmember ground point (W18).
- Form loops with excess length of brown line (BN) next to left front seat crossmember ground point (W18) and fix in place with felt tape (17).
- Close cover (12) of cable duct.
- Route red/yellow line (RD/YE) forward in cable duct (18).
- Route red/yellow line (RD/YE) through opening in firewall to front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module using a pull-through device.
- Route red/yellow line (RD/YE) along vehicle wiring harness (19) and fix in place using cable ties (20).
- Disconnect yellow 12-pin connector (22) at front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
- Insert red/yellow line (RD/YE) into contact cavity "5" of yellow 12-pin connector (22) (arrow C).
- Connect yellow 12-pin connector (22) to front SAM control unit with fuse and relay module (N10/1).
- Open cover of cable duct (23) in rear and route multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) into it.
- Close cover of cable duct (23) in rear.
- Route multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) along vehicle wiring harness (24) as shown, and fix in place using cable ties (15).
- Route multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) through body opening (arrow D) behind the mounting console (25).
- Route multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) with black antenna line connector (10) along vehicle wiring harness, as shown.
- Fix multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) in place on vehicle wiring harness using cable ties (arrows E).
- Fix multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) in place on body using felt tape (arrows F).
- Connect black antenna line plug (10) of multifunction antenna branch-off line (1.1) to black multifunction antenna connector (26) of multifunction antenna line (27) and make the multifunction antenna electrical connection (A28/11x3).
- Push foam sheath (28) over multifunction antenna electrical connection (A28/11x3).
- Position multifunction antenna electrical connection (A28/11x3) behind liftgate control drive unit (M51/3) as shown.
