	Risk of accident  from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury  (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes due to handling of engine oil. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing engine oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.	AS18.00-Z-0001-01A
1	Allow engine to warm up	Coolant temperature min. 80 °C.
2	Turn off engine
3	Pull stop plug (4) out of oil measuring pipe (5)	The stop plug (4) and oil measuring pipe (5) can be at the front or rear of the engine (depending on the model series).

4	Guide dipstick (04) into oil measuring pipe (5)	The tip of dipstick (04) must be in the oil pan. The collar of the handle sits close to oil measuring pipe (5).

	If the engine oil level is too high or too low, correct it

If engine oil level is too high, ↓ Suction off engine oil quantity according to the oil level table. If engine oil level is too low, ↓ Fill engine oil quantity according to the oil level table.
