General
An electric coolant preheater is installed in the engine's water circuit to keep the engine coolant warm or to warm it up in order to prevent the engine cooling out completely at low ambient temperatures.
The electrical engine block heater can also be subsequently installed into the engine's water circuit or retrofitted.
The electrical engine block heater is connected using the socket plug on the device to the local power supply. It has a power consumption of 500 W at a voltage of 230 V or 115 V.
