	Notes on soft tops		AH77.30-P-0001-01MCO
	Remove
1	Completely open soft top
2	Remove side support (1)	Lay side support (1) down on suitable subsurface. Otherwise the side support (1) can be damaged when removing side support seal (2).
3	Remove side support seal (2) from side support (1)	Before removal, observe route and position of side support seal (2).
	Check
4	Check condition of side support (2) and look for signs of damage	If complaint present ↓ Replace side support seal (2)
	Install
5	Moisten side support seal (2) at connection points with lubricant
6	Replace seal at front end of side support (2) seal	Model 453.4 Rear window sealing profile	*BR00.45-Z-1084-01A
7	Insert guide (1.1) of side support (1) into shackle (2.1) on side support seal (2)	Ensure that guide pin (1.2) is seated correctly.
8	Insert shackle (2.3) into guide (1.3)	Ensure shackle (2.3) is correctly seated.
9	Position side support seal (2) along entire length (arrows) of side support (1), and press in	Ensure instancing (2.2) is correctly seated. Ensure that side support seal (2) is seated correctly in guide rail (1.4) and guide rail cutout (1.5).
10	Install side support (1)
11	Close soft top
	Check
12	Check position of side wall seal (2) in relation to soft top	If complaint present ↓ Adjust soft top
