	Removing
1	Remove input shaft (6)		AR35.30-P-0620MCU
	Disassemble
2	Clamp input shaft (6) in vise (3) using protective jaws
3	Detach clamps (4, 5)
4	Cut open and pull off input shaft boot (2) and detach constant velocity joint (1) in direction of arrow from input shaft (6)	Drive the constant velocity joint (1) on the inner spider off the input shaft (6). Use a suitable steel drift.
5	Remove circlip (7)
	Clean
6	Clean constant velocity joint (1)
	Assembly
7	Push clamp (4) onto input shaft (6)
8	Push new input shaft boot (2) onto input shaft (6)
9	Install new circlip (7).
10	Fill constant velocity joint (1) up to upper edge of inner spider with grease included in package contents
11	Push constant velocity joint (1) onto input shaft (6)	The constant velocity joint (1) must engage in circlip (7).
12	Fill input shaft boot (2) and constant velocity joint (1) with remaining grease
13	Push input shaft boot (2) onto constant velocity joint (1)	The raised bead on the input shaft boot (2) must locate in the slot in the constant velocity joint (1).
14	Position clamps (4, 5) on input shaft boot (2) and secure
15	Release input shaft (6) from vise (3) and remove
	Install
16	Install input shaft (6)		AR35.30-P-0620MCU
