1	Remove brake lines from hydraulic unit (6) to rear axle	Remove brake lines from hydraulic unit (6) to rear axle only as far as it takes for the bracket (5) to be removed.	AR42.10-P-0035MCC

5	Loosen nuts (3), unscrew screws/bolts (4) and remove bracket (5)	: Move the guide pin (7) on the hydraulic unit (6) into the bracket (5). Screw/bolt, ESP hydraulic unit bracket to floor panel	*BA42.45-P-1008-01F
6	Support hydraulic unit (6) using telescopic lifter and removal fixture and lower carefully until brake lines (1) are accessible

8	Check color coding of threaded connections of brake lines (1) to the hydraulic unit (6) and the master brake cylinder (10)	: Label brake lines (1) accordingly.	AR42.10-P-0013-05MCC
9	Loosen threaded connections of brake lines (1) to the hydraulic unit (6) and the master brake cylinder (10) and separate	Collect brake fluid in a suitable container. Seal connections using suitable plugs. : Use a 12 mm open-end wrench bit. Do not bend the brake lines (1); make sure that they are routed correctly, are leaktight and are clear of other components. 10	Remove brake lines (1)
11	Install new brake lines (1)	Only if the brake lines (1) with the red color coding have been detached.
