Handling BAS parts for accident vehicles 

If, because of the extent of the damage to the vehicle, the position of the brake booster has changed or if it exhibits traces of contact with other components it has to be replaced.

Indications of this are e.g.:

• Hydraulic lines kinked
• Connections on master brake cylinder leaky
• Cables or plug connections damaged
• Housing of brake booster exhibits signs of damage

The system should always be checked in line with the diagnosis manual.
