- Always use skin cream, protective gloves and safety glasses. Ensure that the area is well ventilated.
- Absorb spillage with expandable mica (vermiculite, perlite) and dispose of this.
- Observe country-specific protection and accident prevention regulations as well as guidelines for processing organic peroxides in the corresponding countries.
- Do not eat or drink at the workstation.
First aid measures
Contact with skin
- Thoroughly wash off with soap and water and apply lanolin-based skin cream.
Contact with eyes and mouth
- Immediately flush with water or 5 % solution of sodium ascorbate or 2% solution of sodium bicarbonate. Contact physician.
Fire protection measures
- Extinguish the source of the fire with large quantities of water.
