11	Apply adhesive	Only model 451.3. Coat bonding surface completely using primer stick from the adhesive parts kit. Flash-off time min. 10 min. processing period of max. 24 h up to application of adhesive. The bonding area on the roof paneling must be absolutely free of dust and grease. Dirt can lead to paint adhesion problems of adhesive.

14	Open crank window in driver door	The crank window in the driver door must be opened during the adhesive curing time to prevent the roof paneling from being pressed out by the air when the doors are closed.
15	Apply adhesive	To avoid any paint adhesion problems with the adhesive during installation, the roof paneling has to be placed onto the body flange within a period of 2 minutes after applying the adhesive. Durability is achieved after approx. 2 hours, as measured from the time the roof paneling is installed. The rated accident strength is achieved only after approx. 8 h. 16	Install roof paneling	Aid of helper required. Fix roof paneling into place, using installation template and sandbags.	AR65.10-P-5702-03MCC
17	Remove masking tape	On the bonding surface for the windshield
18	Apply adhesive	Coat bonding surface completely using primer stick from the adhesive parts kit. Flash- off time min. 10 min. processing period of max. 24 h up to application of adhesive. The gluing area on the body flange must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent a decrease in the gluing force during installation.

20	Prepare windshield for glazing	The gluing area on the windshield must be absolutely free of dust and grease to prevent paint adhesion problems of the adhesive material when installing.	AR67.10-P-1000-03MCC
