Check seat belts and seat belt buckles for external damage and operation - AP91.40-P-9150MCC

	Check
1	Pull belt out all the way and check for any signs of damage
	Remove/install seat belt with emergency tensioning retractor		AR91.40-P-0630MCC
		If there are complaints concerning severed fibers, chafe marks or other damage, install a new seat belt (subject to a separate repair order).
2	Inspect lock function of inertia reel by pulling sharply on belt webbing
	Remove/install seat belt with emergency tensioning retractor		AR91.40-P-0630MCC
		If a complaint is submitted, install a new seat belt (subject to a separate repair order).
3	Check that seat belt buckle engages correctly
	Remove/install seat belt buckle (front seat)	Driver seat	AR91.40-P-1515MCE
	Remove/install seat belt buckle (front seat)	Front passenger seat without seat belt buckle detection	AR91.40-P-1515MCC
		If a complaint is submitted, install a new belt buckle (subject to a separate repair order). If a customer refuses replacement of a damaged seat belt, an appropriate endorsement must be made on the repair order.
