	Check
1	Unclip covers (1) and check whether the front fog lamp wiring harness (2) is installed	The left fog lamp (E5/1) and right fog lamp (E5/2) can only be retrofitted when the front fog lamp wiring harness (2) required for this has already been installed.
2	Connect diagnostic system and actuate the front fog lamp relay integrated into the SAM control unit
			AD00.00-P-2000-04MCC
		The front fog lamp relay is actuated under the following menu item: Systems → N10/10 (SAM control unit) → Actuations → Illumination → Actuation of front fog lamps (special equipment) → ON/OFF If the front fog lamps relay is installed in the SAM control unit, it can be clearly heard switching when actuated by the diagnostic system. If this is not the case: * Not for the USA. ↓ Replace SAM control unit.
		* For USA only. ↓	AR54.21-P-1254MCC
		Replace SAM control unit.	AR54.21-P-1254MCU
	Remove
3	Release front fog lamp wiring harness (2) from brackets (arrow)
4	Remove cockpit switch group (S6/1)
		The old cockpit switch group (S6/1) is not reinstalled.	AR54.25-P-1000MCC
	Install
5	Install left fog lamp (E5/1) and right fog lamp (E5/2) with new covers	* not for USA ↓
		MODEL 451.3/4 up to 19.03.12 with CODE V07 (Front fog lamps (FFO)) except CODE P02 (car2go) * for USA only ↓	AR82.10-P-5103MCC
		MODEL 451.3/4 up to 3/19/12 with CODE V07 (Front fog lamps (FFO)) without CODE P02 (car2go)	AR82.10-P-5103MCU
6	Install new cockpit switch group (S6/1) with front fog lamp switch
			AR54.25-P-1000MCC
7	Run function test of left fog lamp (E5/1) and right fog lamp (E5/2)
8	Adjust left fog lamp (E5/1) and right fog lamp (E5/2)
			AP82.10-P-8260MCC
9	Add CODE V07 (Front fog lamps (FFO)) via the Vehicle Documentation (VeDoc) to Online vehicle data card
