	Risk of death  due to high voltage in xenon headlamps. Risk of explosion/risk of fire  caused by highly flammable materials in the vicinity of damaged xenon bulbs. Risk of injury  caused by UV light, hot components at xenon headlamps and glass splinters produced by bursting xenon bulbs. Risk of poisoning  caused by inhalation of mercury vapors and by toxic salts and mercury compounds being ingested or coming into contact with skin	Do not touch parts conducting high voltage. Persons with active electronic implants  (e.g. cardiac pacemakers) must never work on xenon headlamps. Switch off the entire lighting system. Wear insulated safety shoes, safety glasses and protective gloves. Remove highly inflammable materials from the hazard area. Ensure sufficient ventilation in the working area.	AS82.10-Z-0001-01A

1. Check adjustment of low beam headlamps.

   For the height adjustment the light-dark boundary of the light beam must be coincident with the horizontal separating line (1) in the headlamp aimer (01). When carrying out the lateral setting, the bent line (2) of the light bundle must lie below the central mark (3) and start on the horizontal broken line (1).

   1. 2.1 For vehicles equipped with halogen headlamps, when low beam headlamp setting is not OK

      Correct adjustment of low beam headlamps by turning the adjustment screws (H, S).

      Model 212: To do this, unlatch the anti-twist protection (4) of the adjustment screw of side adjustment (S) and fold upwards.

   2. 2.2 For vehicles equipped with xenon or LED headlamps, when low beam headlamp setting is not OK

      Conduct zero position adjustment of headlamp subject to separate repair order.

      To do so, connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and perform zero position adjustment of axle and level sensors.
