Notes on the mechanical closing of the Vario roof - AH77.30-P-0003-01V

MODEL 171.4

NOTES If the retractable hardtop is manually moved.

Care must be taken to ensure that the rear shelf (1) is positioned such that the strut (3) is fully engaged in the claw (2).

If the lowered Vario roof is moved manually and the control arm (3) is not completely in the claw (2), the claw (2) could break. If it is damaged in this way, the entire Vario roof must be replaced.

IMPORTANT The position of the control arm (3) in the claw (2) can be seen and checked via the opening of the flap (4).
