Location 

The temperature sensor is located at the left below the front crossmember.

Task 

The temperature sensor records the temperature of the outside air and forwards this information as an electrical signal to the instrument cluster (A1).

Function 

The temperature sensor changes its resistance depending on the outside air temperature.
