Removal [07/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT SIDE TRIM 
    1. Remove the front scuff plate.

      See step  1

    2. Partially peel back the seaming welt.
    3. Remove the cap nut.

      *a FRONT SIDE TRIM *b CLIP
      *c STUD BOLT *d CAP NUT
    4. Pull the front side trim out of the stud bolt.
    5. Hold the shaded area shown in the figure, move the front side trim in the direction of the arrow, and detach the clip.
    6. Remove the front side trim.
