DESCRIPTION Ignition switch status mismatch
DETECTION CONDITION
  • The power source control (power management control ECU) detects the following mismatches.
    • Ignition switch status determined from power supply condition in main body ECU received from main body ECU via LIN communication
    • Ignition switch status determined from power supply input condition of power source control (power management control ECU) power supply circuit (IG1)
FAIL-SAFE Not applicable
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Main body ECU connector or terminal malfunction
  • Power source control (power management control ECU) connector or terminal malfunction
  • Main body ECU power supply circuit (IG1) malfunction
    • Short to ground in the wiring harness between METER1 10 A fuse and main body ECU terminal A1-8
    • METER1 10 A fuse malfunction
    • Open circuit in wiring harness between IG1 relay and main body ECU terminal A1-8
  • Power source control (power management control ECU) power supply circuit (IG1) malfunction
    • Short to ground in the wiring harness between METER1 10 A fuse and power source control (power management control ECU) terminal E26-8
    • METER1 10 A fuse malfunction
    • Open circuit in wiring harness between IG1 relay and power source control (power management control ECU) terminal E26-8
  • Short to ground in wiring harness between main body ECU terminal E1-13 and power source control (power management control ECU) terminal E3-15
  • Short to power supply in wiring harness between main body ECU terminal E1-13 and power source control (power management control ECU) terminal E3-15
  • Open circuit in wiring harness between main body ECU terminal E1-13 and power source control (power management control ECU) terminal E3-15
  • Main body ECU malfunction
  • Power source control (power management control ECU) malfunction
