DTC B00A0-09: Occupant Classification System Component Failures [07/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Clear DTCs using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Clear DTCs 

2. Verify DTCs using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Trouble Codes 

3. Is DTC B00A009 displayed?

   Result

   Yes
   No

No 

DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED.

1. Clear the DTC for the center airbag sensor assembly using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Clear DTCs 

2. Perform the DTC inspection for the center airbag sensor assembly using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Trouble Codes 

3. Is the same DTC present?

   Yes
   No

Result:  1

No 

DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED. 

Result:  2

Yes 

REPLACE THE CENTER AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY.. Refer to  REMOVAL [07/2015 - ]
