DTC B0072-55: Passenger Seatbelt Pretensioner "A" Deployment Control Not Configured; DTC B1228-55: Driver Seatbelt Lap Pretensioner Deployment Control Not Configured [07/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Perform the center airbag sensor assembly configuration using the Techstream.

   Refer to INITIALIZATION [07/2015 - ]

2. Clear the DTC for the center airbag sensor assembly using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Clear DTCs 

3. Perform the DTC inspection for the center airbag sensor assembly using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Trouble Codes 

4. Are the same DTCs present?

   Result

   Yes
   No

No 

DTC TROUBLESHOOTING COMPLETED.

1. Verify that the driver or passenger-side lap pre-tensioner seat belt is correctly installed.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]
