DTC B1207-09: Crash Input Hardwired Signal Component Failures [07/2015 - ]: Procedure

1. Retrieve the center airbag sensor assembly DTCs using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Restraint Control Module > Trouble Codes 

2. Are any DTCs displayed?

   Result

   Result
   Yes
   No

Result:  2

Yes 

REPAIR OR REPLACE THE MALFUNCTIONING PART ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE DTC TROUBLESHOOTING. 

1. Refer to DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART [07/2015 - ]

Result:  1

No

1. Clear the DTC for the power source control (power management control ECU) using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Electric Supply Unit > Clear DTCs 

2. Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 2 s or more.
3. Retrieve the power source control (power management control ECU) DTCs using the Techstream.

   Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

   Body Electrical > Electric Supply Unit > Trouble Codes 

4. Is the same DTC displayed?

   Result

   Yes
   No
