DESCRIPTION	Parking light (LH)/front side marker light (LH) or taillight (RH)/rear side marker light (RH) circuit malfunction
DETECTION CONDITION	The power source control (power management control ECU) detects a short to ground in the parking light (LH)/front side marker light (LH) or taillight (RH)/rear side marker light (RH) circuit.
