1. Switch the ignition off.
2. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

   Refer to REMOVAL [07/2015 - ]

3. Disconnect the power window motor connector.
4. Inspect the connector engagement and connection condition and inspect the terminals for damage, deformation, corrosion, or disconnection.
5. Is the connector normal?

1. Reconnect the disconnected connectors.
2. Connect the negative battery cable.

3. Measure the voltage at power window motor (RF) terminals F9-3 and F9-6 while operating the power window switch.
   • Terminal F9-3 during close operation
   • Terminal F9-6 during open operation
4. Measure the voltage at power window motor (LR) terminals F10-3 and F10-6 while operating the power window switch.
   • Terminal F10-3 during close operation
   • Terminal F10-6 during open operation
5. Measure the voltage at power window motor (RR) terminals F11-3 and F11-6 while operating the power window switch.
   • Terminal F11-3 during close operation
   • Terminal F11-6 during open operation
6. Is the voltage B+?

VERIFY THE MALFUNCTION SYMPTOM IN THE SYMPTOM TROUBLESHOOTING CHART AND PERFORM THE OTHER APPLICABLE MALFUNCTION DIAGNOSIS. 

• Power window switch (RF) terminal F6-1 and power window motor terminal F9-6
• Power window switch (LR) terminal F7-1 and power window motor terminal F10-6
• Power window switch (RR) terminal F8-1 and power window motor terminal F11-6
• Power window switch (RF) terminal F6-4 and power window motor terminal F9-3
• Power window switch (LR) terminal F7-4 and power window motor terminal F9-3
• Power window switch (RR) terminal F8-4 and power window motor terminal F11-3

If there is a common connector: 

• Inspect the common connector and terminals for corrosion, damage, or disconnection and the common wiring harnesses for an open or short circuit to determine the malfunctioning location.
• Repair or replace the malfunctioning location.

If there is no common connector: 

• Repair or replace the wiring harness which has an open or short circuit.
