VERIFY ENGINE STOP AND START ECU DTCs

Retrieve the engine stop and start ECU DTCs using the Techstream.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

VERIFY IF MALFUNCTIONING LOCATION IS ENGINE STOP AND START ECU DEPENDING ON REPEATABILITY

Clear the DTC for the combination meter using the Techstream.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

Body Electrical > Instrument Cluster > Clear DTCs
Switch the ignition ON (engine off or on) and wait for 20 s or more.
Retrieve the combination meter DTCs using the Techstream.
Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2015 - ]

Body Electrical > Instrument Cluster > Trouble Codes

Is the same DTC displayed?
