- CHECK CONNECTOR CONNECTION CONDITION (POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU CONNECTOR)
- Check the connector connections and contact pressure of the relevant terminals for the power management control ECU connectors.

The connectors are connected securely and there are no contact pressure problems.

- Check the connector connections and contact pressure of the relevant terminals for the power management control ECU connectors.
- READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (AUXILIARY BATTERY TEMPERATURE)
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV / Data List / Auxiliary Battery Temperature.
- Read the Data List.
Result
Result Proceed to -40°C (-40°F) A 215°C (419°F) B Same as actual temperature C - Turn the power switch off.

- Disconnect the thermistor assembly connector.
- Connect terminals 2 and 1 of vehicle side connector of the thermistor assembly.

- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV / Data List / Auxiliary Battery Temperature.
- Read the Data List.

- Connect terminals 16 (THB) and 18 (ETHB) of connector of the power management control ECU.
- Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
- Turn the power switch on (IG).
- Enter the following menus: Powertrain / EV / Data List / Auxiliary Battery Temperature.
- Read the Data List.

- Disconnect the power management control ECU connector.

- POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU MUST BE REPLACED
- Even though it has been determined that the power management control ECU needs to be replaced, make sure to inspect the voltage difference between No. 1 EV battery and No. 2 EV battery before replacing it.
