Installation [07/2013 - ]

  1. INSTALL FRONT SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY 
    WARNING:
    • The nuts must not be reused.
    • Make sure that the separate type front seatback spring assembly is not deformed. If it is, replace it with a new one.
    1. Install the front seat airbag assembly with 2 new nuts.

      Torque: 5.5 N*m (56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf) 

    2. Engage the 2 clamps.
  2. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 16
  3. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEATBACK ASSEMBLY  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 17
  4. INSTALL FRONT SEAT INNER CUSHION SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 23
  5. INSTALL FRONT SEAT CUSHION SHIELD  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 24
  6. INSTALL SEAT ADJUSTER COVER CAP  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 25
  7. INSTALL VERTICAL ADJUSTING HANDLE (for Driver Side)  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 26
  8. INSTALL RECLINING ADJUSTER RELEASE HANDLE  . Refer to REASSEMBLY [07/2013 - ] - Step 27
  9. INSTALL FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [07/2013 - ]

  10. PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM CHECK 

    Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2013 - ]
