DTC B1625: Side Airbag Sensor LH Circuit Malfunction; DTC B16F5: Side Airbag Sensor LH Mismatch: Procedure
- CHECK SIDE NO. 2 AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- Interchange the side No. 2 airbag sensor assembly LH with RH and connect the connectors.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Clear the DTCs stored in memory. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2013 - ] .
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON, and wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Check for DTCs. Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [07/2013 - ]

Result
Result Proceed to DTC B1625 is output. A DTC B1620 is output. B DTCs B1620 and B1625 are not output. C HINT:
Codes other than DTCs B1620 and B1625 may be output at this time, but they are not related to this check.
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.WARNING:
Wait at least 90 seconds after disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal to disable the SRS system.
- Return the side No. 2 airbag sensor assembly LH and RH to their original positions and connect the connectors.TEXT IN ILLUSTRATION

- Turn the ignition switch off.

- REPLACE SIDE NO. 2 AIRBAG SENSOR ASSEMBLY LH. Refer to REMOVAL [07/2013 - ]
- REPLACE AIRBAG ECU ASSEMBLY. Refer to REMOVAL [07/2013 - 12/2013]
