- REMOVE WATER PUMP PULLEY
Refer to REMOVAL [07/2013 - ]
- INSPECT ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY
- Turn the pulley and check that the water pump bearing moves smoothly and quietly. If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.
If the bearing does not move smoothly, replace the engine water pump assembly.
- Check that there is no damage or deformation in the water pump impeller.
If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.
- Turn the pulley and check that the water pump bearing moves smoothly and quietly. If necessary, replace the engine water pump assembly.
- INSTALL WATER PUMP PULLEY
