| Battery voltage | 8 V or higher |
| VVT system | Not operated by scan tool |
| Engine RPM | 450 to 5900 rpm |
| All of the following conditions are met: | 1,2 and 3 are met |
| 1. ECT | -10°C (14°F) or higher |
| 2. Either of the following conditions is met: | (a) or (b) is met |
| (a) Engine start ECT | Higher than-7°C (19.4°F) |
| (b) ECT | Higher than 20°C (68°F) |
| 3. Fuel-cut | OFF |
Emission-related-misfire:
