Diagnosis System

  1. CHECK INDICATOR 
    1. Check the warning lamps.
      1. Release the parking brake lever.
      2. When the ignition switch is turned ON, check that the ABS warning lamp, VSC warning lamp, TRAC OFF indicator lamp, brake warning lamp and SLIP indicator lamp illuminate for approximately 3 seconds.

      HINT:

      • When the parking brake is applied or brake fluid level is low, the brake warning lamp illuminates.
      • If the indicator check result is not normal, proceed to troubleshooting for the ABS warning lamp circuit, VSC warning lamp circuit, TRAC OFF indicator lamp circuit, brake warning lamp circuit or SLIP indicator lamp circuit.

      If the indicator remains on, proceed to troubleshooting for the lamp circuit below.
