Removal Procedure




1. Remove the camshafts. Refer to Camshaft Replacement (Service and Repair).

Important: Mark assignments.


2. Remove the 16 cup tappets with KM-845 (1).

Installation Procedure

Important: Observe correct assignment.


1. Insert the 16 cup tappets with KM-845 (1).
Lightly coat sliding surfaces with engine oil.
2. Install the camshafts. Refer to Camshaft Replacement (Service and Repair).
