Preliminary Procedure: Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Steering Wheel Module Replacement
1	Steering Wheel Nut NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 41 N.m (30 lb ft)
2	Steering Wheel Procedure Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed. Make the relationship between the steering wheel and the steering column shaft. The marks will be needed to align the wheel during installation. Remove the steering wheel using puller J 1859-A and puller legs J 36541-A . See Special Tools . Procedure

Disconnect any electrical connectors as needed.
