Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Replacement (Solstice)

Preliminary Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel (I/P) cluster trim plate. Refer to Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement (Solstice) .
  2. Remove the radio. Refer to Radio Replacement .
  3. Remove the knee bolster panel. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement (SKY)  or Knee Bolster Replacement (Solstice) .
  4. Remove the I/P cup holder. Refer to Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement (SKY)  or Front Floor Console Cup Holder Replacement (Solstice) .
1 Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Screw (Qty: 3)
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .

Tighten:  2 N.m (18 lb in)
2 Instrument Panel Extension Trim Plate Assembly
