Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the I/P compartment door. Refer to Door Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Compartment .
  2. Remove the compartment latch screws.
  3. Remove the latch and rod assembly from the compartment door handle assembly.
  4. Remove the U-clip from the handle assembly.
  5. Remove the handle assembly from the compartment.
