Removal Procedure

  1. Support the engine. Refer to Engine Support Fixture in Engine Mechanical.
  2. Remove the battery tray. Refer to Battery Tray Replacement (L61) or Battery Tray Replacement (L66) in Engine Electrical.
    3. Fig 1: Removing/Installing Transaxle Mount (Left) Bolts

  3. Remove the transmission mount to transmission bolts
    4. Fig 2: Left Transmission Mount & Side Rail Bolts

  4. Remove the transmission mount to frame rail bolts.
  5. Remove the mount from the engine.
