Installation Procedure

  1. Install the RH mount to the frame rail studs.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the RH mount to frame rail nuts.

    Tighten:  Tighten the nuts to 110 N.m (81 lb ft).

  3. Hand start the RH mount to bracket bolts.
    4. IMPORTANT: Powertrain mounts must be tightened in sequence.
  4. Balance the powertrain mounts. Refer to Powertrain Mount Balance Procedure - Total Mount .
  5. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement in Engine Controls.
