Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the compartment door. Refer to Door Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Compartment .
  2. Remove the compartment lamp assembly by pulling on the lamp plunger.

  3. Disconnect the connector from the lamp assembly.
  4. Remove the retainer from the back of the compartment.

  5. Remove the electrical connectors from the body control module (BCM).
