Front Brake Rotor: Installation

  1. Install brake rotor onto wheel hub.
  2. Tighten rotor retaining screw to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
  3. Clean caliper support bracket fasteners thoroughly with brake cleaner.
  4. Apply Loctite(tm) to caliper support bracket fasteners.
  5. Install caliper bracket-to-steering knuckle bolts. Tighten to specification.
  6. Attach brake pressure hose and install locking plate.
  7. Install front wheels. Tighten lug nuts to specification.
  8. Lower vehicle from the hoist.
