Stoplight Switch: Removal
- Remove the driver-side floor air outlet duct.
- Locate stoplight switch. Stoplight switch is switch located on left side of brake pedal bracket.
- Turn switch assembly with connector counter-clockwise and remove switch.
- Remove switch and disconnect the electrical connector.
- Pull switch plunger all the way out, which may require moderate force.
NOTE:
The notch on plunger will be fully visible when plunger is all the way out.
