Rear Brake Caliper: Removal

  1. Raise vehicle onto hoist. Remove rear wheels.
  2. Remove rear brake pads. See REAR BRAKE PADS  .
  3. Remove brake pipe from rear caliper. Plug open pipe to prevent fluid loss or contamination.
  4. Remove brake caliper rear axle control arm bolts.
  5. Remove caliper assembly.
